Es cierto que a veces tendemos a marginarnos a nosotros mismos, descuidamos nuestro carácter y después nos quejamos de que ya es muy tarde para remediar las cosas debido a que hemos sufrido demasiado. Pero dejando de lado todo el drama que te podría rodear, tu fuerza personal podría ser más fuerte que todas las calamidades del mundo y sólo si tienes la voluntad puedes lograrlo. No son solamente palabras y un rato superficial de alegría, es una constante lucha que debes emprender cada mañana.

No te dejes motivar por las quejas. Así como escuchamos lindas palabras de aliento, en la realidad de la rutina también escuchamos palabras intensas de odio, rencor, envidia y un montón de cosas que aunque suenen verdaderas (y por más que lo sean), nos dañan interiormente y nos desgastan emocionalmente. No te dejes vencer por la animosidad ni permitas que te engatusen con esas palabras. Reflexiona siempre usando la frase: ¿De qué sirve esa queja? ¿Qué se logra con eso? Sinceramente, todos sabemos que si eso logra algo, es la propia destrucción y la famosa “mala vibra” que nos hace a sentir a veces hasta ruin ira.

No te frustres con las banalidades de la vida. A veces caemos, a veces triunfamos, pero siempre debemos continuar. No hay que dejarse arrastrar constantemente por el pasado, porque tener baterías para el alma significa que aunque sabes que tienes muchas razones para desesperarte, sufrir o tener odio, tienes aún razones más grandes para no hacerlo.

Igualmente el ser organizado con nuestros objetivos es de gran ayuda para aquellos que tienen miles de cosas por hacer y no saben por cual empezar. Es verdad que esto puede costarnos a veces, pero relájate…, no se necesita siempre de una secretaria personal, ni managers para manejar tu vida con perfecto orden. Es cuestión de mantener los ánimos en alto, ponerle buena onda a todo. Si sientes que no puedes hacerlo todo, toma un descanso corto, escucha algo de música relajada, pon en orden tus pensamientos y continua hasta terminar el trabajo; si dejas que las cosas se acumulen, pues amontonarásmás estrés y preocupaciones que no son buenos aliados si quieres subir tus ánimos y darle el coraje y la garra a tu espíritu que tanto necesita.

Así es, si estas cometiendo un error, debes asumirlo, admitir que es tu error, y tratar de buscar una solución para ello. Echarle la culpa a los demás puede que probablemente te ayude a sentirte mejor momentáneamente, o te cubra por cierto momento pero eso no durará por mucho. Por lo que tienes que reflexionar contigo mismo cual es la dificultad que tienes en común en tu problema, qué es lo que no te permite avanzar una y otra vez.

También tu mismo deberías ser tu motivación personal, todas las herramientas a tu servicio no son nada sin ti. Fracasar, es parte de la vida del ser humano, el hombre no puede vivir sin haber fracasado antes, todos debemos de algún modo haber fracasado para obtener un aprendizaje, sin fracaso no hay éxito.

No deberías sentirte mal si en algún momento llegases a fracasar con algo a pesar de que le has puesto mucho empeño. Menos aún si algunas personas te juzgan por ello, asumir los errores también es parte de una evolución, pero para ello recuerda que también debes emprender un plan para obviar las partes erróneas y trabajarlas más, y sobre todo emprender nuevamente la lucha mucho más mejorada.

En otras palabras, asume el fracaso, pero no te quedes con los brazos cruzados, hay que volver a intentarlo o cambiar de plan o estrategia, si vez que intentas miles de veces en una sola cosa, recuerda que a veces hay más caminos para llegar a un fin, así que tal vez algún otro camino es el que tengas que escoger, y guiarte.

Asumir, entonces es no solamente aceptar que algo que pasó y peor aún pensar que no tiene solución, tiene que ver con ese momento de reflexión en donde te planteas tus propios errores y continuas hacia adelante.

En la motivación personal, el fracaso también no es algo negativo, hay que abrir los ojos, y mirar las cosas de forma positiva, sin lamentos, si se paso por esa prueba, es por alguna razón que no va a permitir crecer a nivel personal.
